Update: Palmetto/Trailblazer Report Processing Issue

From February 20 to March 15, multiple payers were experiencing processing issues affecting report generation for Professional and Institutional claims. Infinedi has verified that the files were processed at the payers, however not all providers have received reports back. If you have not been paid, or received a report on a Medicare claims filed in this time period, please resubmit the claims.

Payers affected are: 

  • California Medicare Part B - Northern
  • California Medicare Part B - Southern
  • Colorado Medicare Part B
  • New Mexico Medicare Part B
  • North Carolina Medicare Part B
  • Oklahoma Medicare Part A
  • Oklahoma Medicare Part B
  • Oklahoma Medicare Part A
  • Railroad Medicare Part B
  • South Carolina Medicare Part B
  • Texas Medicare Part B

Provider Action:

Please make sure all of your claims submitted to Infinedi between February 20, 2012 and March 15, 2012 have been paid.  If not, please follow-up with the payer and please resubmit as needed. If questions or feedback, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-688-8087.
