From February 20 to March 15, multiple payers were experiencing processing issues affecting report generation for Professional and Institutional claims. Infinedi has verified that the files were processed at the payers, however not all providers have received reports back. If you have not been paid, or received a report on a Medicare claims filed in this time period, please resubmit the claims.
