InfinEDI Operational Update – Accounting Notifications
As part of the continued restoration of our accounting system, we have identified a synchronization issue that is generating duplicate payment notification emails for some clients.
To prevent additional confusion and to ensure the accuracy of our month-end accounting processes, we have temporarily disabled these automated payment notifications while our team completes the synchronization and validation of accounting data.
This issue appears to be limited primarily to the automated email notification process. During the restoration of our accounting environment, a small number of accounting entries require manual synchronization, and our accounting team is actively completing that work. We expect this process to take several hours.
Because we are approaching our month-end processing cycle, we believe it is prudent to resolve this issue now rather than allow duplicate notifications or incomplete synchronization to carry into month-end activities.
If you have received duplicate payment notifications, please disregard them while we complete these corrections. Should we identify any accounting discrepancies during our review, they will be corrected promptly.
This issue does not impact claim processing, payer transmissions, or other operational services.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this final phase of our accounting system restoration. We will notify clients once the synchronization process has been completed and automated notifications have been restored.
Thank you,
Brad Cost
